DOUBLE ELIMINATION Softball Tournament in NEO.
When: July 19-21, 2024
Where: Youngstown/Warren area parks other area parks as needed
Divisions: 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u, & 23u
Cost: Only $350 for 8u, $415 for 10u (4gg), and $560 for 12/14/16/18/23u (5gg)
STP: Not STP but hotels offering guaranteed lowest rate.

Warren Area Parks (LAC, Candlelight) & Springfield Area (TBA)
Format (weather permitting):
- 12/14/16/18/23u ... 5 gg – 3 pool play followed by double elimination.
- 10u ... 4gg -- 3 pool play followed by single elimination.
- 8u ... typical
- PP begins Friday at 8 am
- Double Elimination Bracket play will begin on Saturday.
Information/Rules:
- 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u & 23u
- 75 minutes finish the inning, weather permitting. Umpire keeps official time. 8u 70 min finish.
- Typical 8u rules - will post (1 ump, etc)
- Championship games 7 innings with no new inning after 85 minutes (weather permitting).
- Can bat roster all weekend. Free defensive substitutions.
- Run rules of 12, 10, 8 after 3, 4, 5.
- Courtesy runners for Pitcher & Catcher all weekend.
- Home team determined by coin flip for PP
- Highest seed is Home team for elimination play. If same seed, then coin flip.
- $100 protest fee, payable in cash before protest permitted (if won, refund given)
- Home team to keep official book and visiting team to confirm accuracy.
- PP games can end in a tie. Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes early.
- PP games will start early on Friday. Plan to play at 8 am.
- Double elimination scheduled to start on Saturday as needed.
- Refund Policy: Started games will be considered played. Refunds are per: 0 played=paid minus $195, 1 played=paid minus $285, 2 played=paid minus $435, 3 or more=$0
- Individual awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers ... RINGS for 10u & up
- Team awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers ... Amazing trophies
- No refunds within 6 weeks of event start date
- REGISTRATION NOT COMPLETE until payment received.
- Unpaid teams may be replaced by teams on wait list.
