Tournament fees - $425.00 for 10U-18U $280.00 for 8U

Location - Lancaster, Ohio 43130

Parks to be used - Martens, Maher, Miller and Mary Burnham Parks as needed

Concessions - Available at all sites, coolers and grills welcome

Pitching distances - 10U (35') 12U (40') 14U (43') 16U (43') 18U (43')

Game length - 1:15:00 finish the inning for all games except Championship game which will be 7 innings with no time
limit.

Registration - Registrations can be found online at www.lancasterpride.us A team will be considered registered once this form and a deposit of $100 or payment in full has been received by the tournament director. The total payment of the tournament fees is due by June 17th, 2015.
Tournament fees are not refundable after July 1st, 2015 unless a division is cancelled. The deposit is not refundable after June 1, 2015.

RAIN POLICY - Should the fields be unplayable or become unplayable we will make every attempt to complete the tournament by modifying the format, shortening game times or any other options available. Cancellation of the tournament will be a last resort. In the event we must cancel, we will refund entry fees to each team as follows:
0 games played- 75% of entry fee
1 game played- 50% of entry fee
2 games or more- 0% refund
