All American and Former Akron Racer Kelli Metzger and Instructor Bill Hileman who has 40 years coaching experience will be holding a 6 week defense class this winter. In the class we will be working on proper throwing technique, footwork, your position, situations, and learning the skills and mental aspect of the game.
Cost: $100.00 for 6 weeks
