Game length - 1:15:00 finish the inning for all games except Championship gamewhich will be 7 innings with no time limit.
Registration - Registrations can be found online at www.lancasterpride.us A team will be considered registered once this form and a deposit of $100 or payment in full has been received by the tournament director. The total payment of the tournament fees is due by June 1st, 2017. Tournament fees are not refundable after June 15, 2017, unless a division is cancelled. The deposit is not refundable after June 1, 2016.

RAIN POLICY - Should the fields be unplayable or become unplayable we will make every attempt to complete the tournament by modifying the format, shortening game times or any other options available. Cancellation of the tournament will be a last resort. In the event we must cancel, we will refund entry fees toeach team as follows:
0 games played- 75% of entry fee
1 game played- 50% of entry fee
2 games or more- 0% refund
