ASA Tournament 8th Annual Halloween bash 2016 ASA ENQ (Oct 17-18. 2015)

River Valley baseball for youth will be hosting the 8th annual Halloween bash ASA Eastern National Qualifier for 2016
We have a well known complex with all 13 fields in 1 location. A new Bathroom facility. concessions and t-shirts will be available

4 seeds per age group (10 teams min)




DATE: Oct 17 & 18

Where: RVBFY complex
2250 Harding hwy East
Marion, Ohio 43302

Format: 4GG ( 2 pool games into a seeded Double Elimination) Bracket games will start late Saturday afternoon.
Game times are 75 min finish the inning. (must have a winner) if tied goes into. ITB
Championship games in the loosers bracket and winners bracket are full 7 innings
Two umpires per field per game

Age Brackets: 10u-12u-14u-16u-18u

Entry Fee. $430 ($400 for organization sending 4 or more teams and paying with 1 check)

Awards: Game MVP ribbons for first 4 games
Age Bracket MVP plaque for every age group
1st-2nd Place trophies and individual awards

Costume Awards for 1st-2nd and 3rd
