My DD began select softball in 10u. She hasn't missed a season. She is a very hard worker. She has mostly played outfield, but has also played 3rd base and 1st base (she also caught for awhile, but wasn't given proper instruction on catching, but has a perfect throw down to 2nd base, although she isn't all that interested in reprising the position). She's been in the outfield for the last 2 years, so she's very comfortable there. Looking for a coach that wants to keep the majority of his/her team together moving forward. Looking for a NO DRAMA situation. We as parents always get along great with the other parents on the team. We enjoy helping at tournaments and with fundraisers, etc. We thought we would be continuing with former team, so we did not go to other tryouts, only to find out that wasn't the case. If you are looking for a dedicated player, you will love our DD. We are from near Wilmington, OH so we are about halfway between Cincinnati and Dayton. Either area would work out great.
