- can help in OF if that keeps her in the line up
- #2 or #3 pitcher as applicable (Leffew instructed)--just needs some pitching time but not primary requirement
- consistent .300+ contact hitter with great eye
- team should focus on player and team development vs college showcase (bonus)
- looking for positive coaching and good practice facilities (indoor)

The Ohio Lightning 16U will be holding a tryouts on the following date:

August 17: 2:00-4:00 at Kreighbaum Park
