My daughter and I talk about this constantly. It would be nice to get some extra work during the Fall/Winter with similar players, but unfortunately most of her teammates don't seem interested. My thought was similar to what most of us did when we were little, and lived in a cul de sec , just playing some games for fun with your friends. Getting quality reps in while having fun. No coaching just the girls playing. Girls can meet up at a park/school, and practice with each other. Instead of just hitting front toss with Dad, they can get some work hitting off of actual pitchers, and pitchers get some work in against hitters, and fielders the same. Seems like it would be perfect and I couldn't see any issues with rules.

Just a thought to see if there's interest. My daughter is 17 (18u) so similar ages within a few years (1-3 years) should be fine on the same field. Could be a good way for Rec players to see higher level players and get a taste of the next level of players.

Thoughts?

Sorry I'm just now seeing this post.
I am looking for some practice time for my niece, she just turned 16 and is a sophomore at Sycamore High School. I'm actively looking for a team for her for this coming spring/summer.

Cool. Send me a message. We went to Sycamore until her Freshman year (she's a senior).
