Waiting to hear results for the Final Fling in Marysville this weekend. ?Anybody have any info, particularly for the 12U? ?Thanks.

Heart of Ohio Explosion 1st seed in pool 1, Miami County Blaze 1st seed in pool 2.
1st bracket game:
Miami County Blaze over Lady Rage.
Heart of Ohio Explosion over Heart of Ohio Pulse
2nd & 3rd seeds will play tomorrow at 8am.

Ohio Bad Apples second in pool 1 and went 2 of 3 and play at 0800 against the third seed in pool 2.

We left during the final games. Someone can correct me on brackets but pool play

The Blaze was still playing when we left.
MCB and Heart of Ohio won and will play the winners of the 0800 games between Dublin Rocks- GFOD and Ohio Bad Apples-Classics. I could be wrong on Pool 2 2 and 3 was close.

I just heard that in the 18u semi-finials, 14u GCKA Nightmare's Kelly Roundabush got a hit and Katie Yoho hit a homerun to tie the game. Game now in extra innings.

Actually 12U Miami County Blaze and GFOD Thunder tied for 3rd...both lost in semifinal game but never got to play each other. They both got 3rd place medals. Championship game was Ohio Classics and HOO Explosion.

Nightmare ladies did it with a quality win over the 16u laser blue (6-4) to advance to the semifinals against the rebels, won a 10 inning game there to advance to the finals where they defeated the the Marian Diamonds. Nice way to prep for the ASA's and to gain confidence. Very proud of all of them.

Myers put in a gutsy performance pitching 9 inning marathon in win over Central Ohio Lady
Rebels - Coaches reported whe is pitching with ribcage injury
Mandy Abb...was cruising along pitching in the finals (left about 5th or 6th innning) for the Nightmare keeping strong hitting Marion off balance in championship

hartman5, the nightmare also didn't have the teays valley girl that pitches playing this weekend!!!
talk about pitching depth.
kgmgm - nightmare has the punch with yoho,roudabush and company against 18u yoho comes up with the big hit every time!!! love little second baseman jordan that is total package at 2nd
you have to go to another thread going from fastpitch classic - randleman talks about nightmare pitcher myers if she would combine with shockwave???I don't think shockwaves or anyone has anything on this group when it comes to sticks - what I saw last 2 weeks, this nightmare team is real deal!!!
