Who out there thinks Apogee Demon is the smartest and most liked contributor to this page? He boasts about his knowledge and all the likes he gets on his posts. Or, you think he is a troll who likes to start controversy because he attacks, berates, and hijacks threads? Is this the kind of person people want commenting on their threads? Difference of opinion is a must for a forum, but attacks on individuals over basic type posts should not be tolerated. AD has bashed my posts since I joined this past summer and talks bad about anyone who questions his stature. I for one think he is a cancer to this page, and to all the knowledgeable folks here. Quit hiding behind a profile AD. If you are such an Elite Coach, please expose your real identity.

I will just say that I have been a member for many years and people come and go on here. How ever you want to label them-loudmouthed, know it alls, etc. The people that stay and don't build up there Posts numbers just to do it are the ones that I converse with and respect their opinions.

But to answer your question of what I think about AD? I really don't have an opinion. So far none of the posts have helped me and I haven't agreed with all of them, but that doesn't mean that they are wrong-it just means that my opinion is different and I am not in 6th grade and not a name caller.

Everyone has a right to their opinions, just like everyone has the right to not agree with opinions. Like all the others that have tried to be the "mayor" or OFC, they will be put to the test and either fail or succeed.

If I post a question or a thought then I have to be ready for the different opinions to come at me, but it is my choice to read them all and either learn from what they are saying or just dismiss them. I, however, would not feed anyone's ego that I disagree with by making a thread about said person. I would put my big girl/boy pants on and just consider the source.

I always let people ruin themselves. It will happen if it's meant to be or people may prove to become a great asset to OFC when they learn respect and not to just down grade just to build their post numbers or get a name for themselves.

You are doing no better than what you are mad about to AD by commenting negativitely as well. JMHO. Just do you and ignore the haters or should I say-people that don't hold the same opinion as yours and will probably never agree with you.

Believe me, I thought of the consequences of making this thread. I do have my big boy pants on and wish that "It" (AD) would pull up theirs as well. I just want to expose the fraud that this person really is.

Ricky has dealt with "him/her" quite a bit since the new site. Just look at the http://www.thesoftballzone.com/forumdisplay.php?127-Penalty-Box-Cross-the-Line& . There is always someone who will like to stir the pot, they like controversy and a confrontational debate. I personally have no issues with this person, but viewing the stuff posted I can see where people could have a problem. Your best advice is to ignore them, block them, and don't fuel their fire. Eventually they will either grow up, or get tired of being ignored and move on to bother someone else.

My first reaction was to just ignore "It". However, every time "It" chimes in on a thread they have no answers to the question being asked. "It" states an opinion but cannot back it up with facts or simply refuses to answer said question with negative attacks. If "It" was really that smart, I would have no problem with what was said and wouldn't have made this post.

The attempt at confrontational debate is tiresome, but it does draw emotional responses from members which leads to good debates or debates that go down hill fast.

Think about what is happening here. This is a public forum . It dosent survive or grow without constant input from its followers. Like his (or her ) posts or not agree with him ( or her ) or not. AD has managed to create a constant flow of input and followers. 7 thousand views. Ya I would say people almost look forward to the next post AD will make. AD has been silent for a little while now and look at all the posts written...... lol those that want a shot at him cant wait for him to post again. And the rest are enjoying setting back and watching the latest episode of the newest Daily OFC made for tv drama....... As the softball turns.

Why do you think the Mods havent gotten rid of him. He draws reactions and posts like moths are drawn to a flame.

Do I agree with him.. nope not on alot of things.. but it is very fun reading

You have to remember this is the internet and you have to take it for what it is worth. For some this forum has a certain "entertainment" value, for others its a community for learning and growth.. Its up to the reader to decide...
