ASA Sanction card question

I need some advice from you wise ones out there.
My team had our team bag stolen at the fields a day ago. We lost paperwork and some cash, but most importantly our sanction cards were in there, coach and players. Is there anyway to get them replaced without the full $13 per player fee? Can I get by without them, with just our printed paper roster? I have the ASA Insurance card for the team. We are registered for ASA Zanesville next weekend, Pickerington in a few weeks, and Berliner in July.
I have emailed Warren, but dont want to sit and wait any longer than necessary... ASA tourney in 9 days....
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

1. Not to rub salt in the wound, but this is why we make xeroxes of the sanction cards before we give them to the girls to keep in their bat bags. One of our xeroxes stays in the coach's administrative bag/binder and at least one is stored at home either electronically or by hard copy.

2. Not sure what the ASA answer will be about replacing the cards. I'd place the call to ASA asap to find out whether and what they will charge to replace the cards. Warren typically has a ton of stuff on his plate and understandably might put this on a back burner. Stephanie Henry at the Help Desk has always been a very good contact for us on administrative issues like this: Stephanie Henry (Help Desk) (405) 425-3459

3. We have rarely been asked for player ASA roster cards at tournaments that are not qualifiers and we actually haven't been asked much at either ENQ or ASA/USA qualifiers. So you are probably OK for your remaining tournaments. Just to be safe, call or email the Zanesville TD to confirm that you don't need the cards at the tourney.

Thank you so much for your reply- I appreciate it.
I had not given the cards to the girls yet, they were still in the team administrator's bag. We had not made any photo copies, because we weren't planning to give them to players until next week. We learned that lesson- photocopy the day they come in... in multiple...
I have contacted Zanesville TD, and I have contacted the district ASA, Brent. I will call Stephanie, too. Thanks for that tip.
We will certainly be more suspicious of teen age boys in the dug out during practice...
