MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Barton College softball team (15-20) split a road doubleheader with Chowan (9-20) Wednesday afternoon at Hawks Field. The Bulldogs run-ruled the Hawks in six innings in the first contest by a 14-4 score while Chowan salvaged the spilt with a victory in the nightcap, 8-6.
