Evil Dad--since this is your first time at Rotary, you can also google Rotary park, Beavercreek Ohio 45434 and see an overhead shot of the park. The games will be on the 4 diamonds that are clustered together. there is a concession stand in the center of the 4 diamonds and restrooms. All diamonds will have 207 ft fences-- some are 4 foot high temporary fences set at 207 ft.

I'll try to remember to do that--it probably will not be complted til WEd--the first games on Sat are at 1230PM for 8 teams and the remaining teams will play at 2PM. Each team will play 3 games on Sat and at least 2 on Sunday.

The Lancaster Pride was NOT a no show at any tournament. They never asked to be in that tournament and when they saw that there name was on the list of teams - the tournament director and others were notified months in advance but never took them off. When they saw that they were scheduled to play, they again notified those in charge that they were not in this tourney (they were playing in the capital city showdown, as they have done for years) so that the other teams could be notified in advance. The same is true for the 16U Lancaster Pride. They also NEVER requested to be in that tournament but were also put on the schedule. I suspect it's because Pride is a local team it was assumed by the hosts that they would be playing.
