Brittany Mullen is a native of northeast Ohio, and a pitcher who graduated with honors from both Archbishop Hoban High school, and John Carroll University.
Brittany has trained with her colleague and mentor Doug Finch and Jennie Finch she is an excellent coach and pitching instructor who loves working with and mentoring young girls of any skill level.
If your daughter is a pitcher I know she is dedicated and works hard, and many pitchers can perform at a very high level but are they as safe as they can be ?
Brittany teaches a scientific and medically-based approach to windmill pitching, based on the biomechanics research of Dr. Sherry L. Werner Phd. These pitching mechanics have been tested at the highest level known in fastpitch softball and are proven to be in the top ratings of the safest and most efficient mechanics of anyone in the world.
This is science complementing the art of windmill pitching, and making it as safe as it can be!
This is what Brittany teaches and shes been my daughters instructor for a year and a half, and my daughters progress has been tremendous. According to the studies on Biomechanics windmill pitching less than 1% of pitchers are pitching safely today.
