We were discussing this and didnt know answer. Lets say its a non sanctioned asa tourney. Her team is 10u can that child also play in same tourney on a 12 u team.

If its ASA...its sanctioned. It may be a non-qualifier, but that is different.

I agree with Amy, if it is ASA it IS sanctioned and the ASA rules must be followed....qualifier or not. I don't think you can be on 2 different rosters for 1 tournament, especially for ASA. Why do that anyways? The poor kid would be worn out by Sunday and will be disappointing her own team by not being rested up for elimination day. As her 10u coach, I would not allow it. Guest playing on your weekend off is one thing but playing in 2 tournaments on 1 weekend is just crazy and asking for injury. I don't mind allowing my players to pick up a tournament on our weekend off but I certainly wouldn't want her playing for someone else when we have a tournament.

I meant non qualifier my bad.. Im not gonna burn my kid out lol we were just discussing this the other day. Her city team is 12u and they are in same tourney as her 10 u travel. We were just hypothetical speaking and curious on rule. Thats all. Thanks
