I found out from coach Payne at Capital they are going to have some Sunday clinics for $10.00 a session from 9-12 PM. I thought I'd share since I haven't seen it advertised ( maybe I missed it ). Anyhow, my 00' DD attended a few of these last year and they were great. The Capital players lead the girls through hitting drills, throwing, and defense. This is probably the cheapest price you'll find to get 3 solid hrs of practice in the off season in a nice indoor facility. You can just show up too, no early registration required. And it's for all ages. You just come and jump in. Good deal.
