Cardington High School is looking for an assistant JV coach for the upcoming season. Cardington is a D3 school that is coming off a 16-9 record, and only looking to improve. We play in the MOAC. Unfortunately, the position will not be an official paid position, although the current JV coach will share some of his contract. We are looking for a coach that may just be starting out in their coaching career and want to learn from some current HS coaches. Maybe that recent college softball graduate looking to get a coaching position on their resume for later in their career?
