We lost in semi finals to the Texas Firestixx in extra innings finishing 3rd. The Texas Firestixx won the tournament . I am so proud of our girls, they went to Nebraska and represented Ohio very well. Sara Wickline won the home run derby, Erica Buchanan won the golden arm. Kristen Bales finished 3rd in fastest runner, Kaitlyn Miller finished 4th in fastest runner, the team finished 2nd in the around the horn, Aly Harrell won minute to win it, Emma Spinney and team guest the closest # of gum balls in a tub to win it for the team, the team drew on the sidewalk, traced Punky Hudnall holding bat, which helped win the sidewalk wars to get free back packs and the team painted on the wall in there room to finish 2nd in the paint wars. Mary Sizer, Breanna Oldaker and Madonna Evans moves almost won the team the dance competition, and the team got chosen to get "punked" from the staff and I, and did lol.. and got a Cat Osterman cardboard statue for that too. Great job girls have a great week off and I will see everyone at tryouts Aug. 13th-14th.
