Week 2: Throwing Review, Framing, Conditioning
Week 3: Throwing and Framing Review, Tags at Home, Blocking

I had a chance to work with Liz on catching and she does a great job! I was also able to watch her work with some of the younger players and it didn't matter if they were new players or had been catching for awhile they all enjoyed wrking with her!

Hopefully she can do more lessons down here.

This is a camp for ALL AGES and ALL SKILL LEVELS.

Whether you are learning to catch for the first time or wanting to become a more fundamentally sound catcher all skill levels will be able to take new techniques away from this camp. I am not a cookie cutter coach. We will find something that works the best for everyone's size and strength.

Some spaces are already full and I only allow 10 girls per session so I can give each girl quality instruction.

This will be a great opportunity to lay a foundation for catching similiar to what Crystl and Howard do for hitting. The players who attend a clinic before starting lessons already have the basics and some of the background of what is done and why and are able to progress through lessons at a quicker pace.

For those who have asked or are wondering, the girls can be placed together in the clinics at any age. The basics are the same if the girl is 10U or 18U. This will give all the players a chance to learn and it also gives Liz a chance to work individually with the girls so a 10U player isnt' throwing with an 18U player.

This would be a great opportunity for any of the players who are showing an interest in catching to get a chance to try it out and see how they like it.
