Canal Park in Hebron will be hosting a travel division this year as part of our regular Fall Ball league for 10U and 12U teams. Games will be played on Saturdays beginning August 24th.

Dates to play August 24, September 7, Sept. 14, Sept. 21, October5.

Teams will play 2 games each Saturday. Games are 1 hour 20 minutes drop dead. A 5 run per inning limit is going to be in play to help the teams that are just forming. Most weeks games will be back to back but there may be a 1 game break in between during one of your weeks.

Cost: 350.00 per team. Batting Cages and a practice field will be available prior to games, Full Concessions, Great Fields! Teams that can not start playing till September 7th can pay 280.00 and still be a part of the league. Rainouts will be played on October 12th or 19th.

I will update the team list as I receive confirmations and payments.

I know that the Stingays will be interested in the 10u division, but we wouldn't be able to start until the 7th. We are having tryouts on the 10th and 11th of August at OSU main campus (Fred Beekman Park), and then again on the 17th of August at Foundation Park in Pataskala. I just don't think that we will have team ready to go by the 24th. However, this sounds like a great opportunity for 300 dollars to play 10 games.

Coaches....

Want to make sure that everyone knows that if you can't have your team ready by the first weekend, you can pay the 280.00 and still get in 4 weeks of very good fall games. We have been running our fall league out at Lakewood now for 5 years and I can guarantee you it will be a good experience. If you have any feedback, or are entering a tournament on one of the weeks we are playing let me know and I can work with you on that.
