Clay to the NLL?

Just heard from a reliable source that Clay is moving to the NLL next year or the year after that, their Juniors high already arent playing TCL schools this year, which they did last year. Does anybody know anything about this?

Uber, Don't tease like that. You probably open you Christmas presents and then wrap them up. I did hear before that Rossford would possible move to a different league, since they are division 2. Then Findlay and possibly another D-1 team would move to the NLL.

Rumors have been around for at least a couple of years that Rossford would move to the SLL & Eastwood would move to NLL, however like I said been hearing this rumor for a couple of years and have not had anything confirm this obviously. Thing is, you hear of these kind of rumors around the end of Football season and end of basketball season every year, so how much weight is really in the rumors?

Rumors are rumors, but this one makes sense. Rossford had an incredible year last year, but they lost alot this year and the timing would have been perfect for a switch.

What about a 10 team league adding Clay and Napoleon to the mix?

riles,....I believe in football and basketball I think the Maize leaugue would in general overwhelm the Scarlet league. Southview is probably the most consistant in those 2 sports for the NLL. Now when we get to SOFTBALL. I'd enjoy watching the girls whip up on St. Johns and St Francis. ;D

Ooooooopppps, can we substitute St. Ursula and Notre Dame for those two lightweight softball programs you mentioned? It must be my football mentality rearing its ugly head!

Yes I'm affraid Whitmer, Central, St. Johns, and St. Francis would pretty much have us , (A.W.) for lunch in football every year.

Fantasy H.S. Softball,..........hmmmmm,...maybe Uber can develope a point system for picking players as well as rating teams.

It would create a championship game scenario in the final week of season in all the sports.
In softball, baseball, basketball,soccer ,etc., the true team sports(besides football) you would have a final four. The other teams are grouped by final finish in division, every two spots, and cross over to play against matching finish in other division. This gives every team their allotted games and maybe a little more motivation and reason not to just play out the string.
The TCL is a mess schedule-wise but the final four generates alot of interest.
Football would just play a crossover with the 1st place in each division playing for Mega championship.
You are in reality playing for two championships. Sort of like football having SIX divisions.

I think it would be a great arrangement for softball
