Not knowing any of the parties involved, the only advice I have for you is to get thicker skin...especially if your daughter is going to be a pitcher. I learned this firsthand - people will talk about her, some even to her face (coaches, parents, & other players), she won't always get the playing time you think she deserves, etc. It is what it is. And it can get worse as she gets older.
Also, if your daughter really wants to play long term, be careful not to damage her by being the parent from you know where...most coaches smell that a mile away.
