Coaching at 23u

Has anyone had any experience coaching at 23u in Northeast Ohio? I'm toying with the thought because it looks like there aren't many opportunities for players to continue to play past 18u. But I've coached 18u for 8 years nowI was hoping someone could shed some light on any experiences they've had at 23u that they would be willing to pass on. Things like tournament availability, good tournaments they've experienced, commitment of players at the 23u level, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Greg Bensing with the Valley Extreme put together a nice 23U team up that way, not sure how many tournaments they played though.
