Perks? Isn't being involved with something your daughter loves to do, and knowing that you are having an impact on her improvement enough?
True some orgs may offer better bennies than others for a coach. However, the coach attracts and develops the players, thus helps to create the allure of that organization.
This is going to be a fun thread to watch.
