With the HS season coming to a close, who are the standout players from conferences around the state for this season?? Name, School, year???

How about a pitcher that was NEVER mentioned in the threads ( 2016 / 2017 pitchers to watch ) that had an UNDEFEATED 4 year career conference pitching record of 27-0 at a D-1 school... and a current 4 year overall record of 46-7...

LCL Arguably the best conference in the state at this time. The LCL has won DII or DIII State Championships in 2008-DIII, 2009-DIII, 2010-DII, 2013-DII, 2015-DII, 2016-DII
Many good players throughout the conference.
