She is absolutely one of the nicest ball players out there. Positive, friendly and quite the competitor.

Congratulations to Madi and the Warriors!
I saw the last six games including the Championship and what struck me most about Walsh was the way they played as a team. In those six games, the pitching was rock solid as was the defense. Offensively, someone always stepped up to get the offense started. A workman-like effort.....everyone had a job to do and they did it.

And the discipline the hitters showed against Teays Valley! They forced that pitcher to throw pitches in the zone, and when she did, they put it in play! Remarkable. That was BIG TIME.

If you watch a LOT of high school softball in Ohio you know that the 2016 Walsh Warriors are a special team.
