It is mainly for the elbows only. A feeling of them working together.

I have seen girls that fly one out and then slot one. Arms, elbows, and shoulders not working together.

There is no magic device, but each has its place. I still like the whip hit, because I can use it for so many things. I try to keep an open mind and test new ideas . Some work some don't. Just like the new weighted TCP balls.
