16 fields is less than 1/2 the size of Berliner. And those artist drawings need to get some warm-up space included. And maybe enough space to sit and watch??

artist drawing only has 16 fields.

i read it as they change the base path lengths , 60, 75, 90 and pitching plate locations ta da 3 x 16= 48 fields. Space is space. you have 16 home plates. just because you can change the dimensions of the bases and outfield fences, doesn't mean you now have 48 home plates. only so many hours in the day even with lights.

lets see how many max games.... lets use 14 hours of available time. 8am to 10pm . that's 840minutes. say 70min game and 15 mins between games. that's basically 10 games per field per day. x 16 fields = 160 games. versus 31 fields at berliner = 310.

it's not quite exact cause not all fields at berliner have lights.
