Qualifications:​

v Successful head coaching experience on the high school level preferred;v Extensive coaching experience preferred; knowledge and strategies of the game of softball;v Responsibilities include overseeing Freshman, J.V., as well as Middle School Programs;v The ability to understand adolescent youth, work to build positive relationships, and the ability to maintain and build a program at all levels. (Youth, Middle School, Freshman, J.V., and Varsity).v Dedication to build a program that is successful and sportsmanlike;v The ability to build a positive relationship with the community youth program;v Excellent communication skills and the mind-set to lead a team-oriented coaching staff that works together at all levels.v All Ohio High School Athletic Association certifications required upon employment.
