Day’s Big Day Leads Ohio Softball to Split Against Kent State
Led by senior Alex Day, the Ohio softball team (25-12, 6-2 MAC) returned to action on Tuesday (April 2), taking on Mid-American Conference foe Kent State (13-18, 3-2 MAC), splitting a doubleheader with the Flashes. Ohio fell in game one, 2-1, before the Bobcats offense would come alive in game two, downing Kent State, 10-2, in five innings.
