The Defiance College softball program has released a schedule for the 2011 Fall Softball League. The league is open to girls entering a high school grade in the fall. Registrations for the league are being accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The fifth-annual fall league will be hosted on Sundays from September 11 through October 23 at DC?s Sal Hench Field. The eight-team league will be limited to 112 participants and the cost for the league is $85 per individual. The schedule consists of a skill development clinic, five doubleheaders and a single-elimination tournament.
