Diamond Chix 99 Gold Win 12U Spano Dome Tournament

I have to congratulate our Diamond Chix 99 Gold team on winning the Spano Dome 12U NSA tournament this weekend !!

There were a total of 20 great quality teams there. Every team we faced had great coaches and were all class acts!

These girls won all 7 games by a total TEAM effort only giving up 4 runs all weekend.

We battled the Dragons in the Championship game winning 9 to 2.

Congrats to the Diamond Chix from the 99 Central Ohio Ice. It was great playing your team this weekend to see where we measure up. The Diamond Chix have a great team and classy group of coaches and parents. Spano Dome was a great experience for us.

Congratulations Diamond Chix! I watched about half of the championship game and was very impressed with your use of small ball. It looked like your kids could drop a perfect bunt on command EVERY time, then mix in a needed base hit.
