Early College and NCAA athletic eligibility

In Ohio, under Ohio law students have the ability to attend a university for full credit during their freshman, sophomore, junior and senior year as long as they meet the eligibility requirements. My oldest did it her senior year. She never stepped foot into the high school and got her first year of college out of the way while finishing her senior year of high school. Let's say, Susie decides to attend college her junior and senior year of high school. Once she graduates High school she will actually be an incoming junior in college. How does this effect NCAA athletic eligibility?

Susie should have the normal 4 years of eligibility after she graduates HS. The 5-year rule isn't triggered while she is still a HS student.

14.2.2.3 Joint College/High School Program. A student-athlete’s eligibility under the five-year rule does not begin while a student is enrolled in a collegiate institution in a joint high school/college academic program for high school students in which the courses count as both high school graduation credit and college credit, provided the student has not officially graduated from high school and does not participate in intercollegiate athletics while enrolled in the joint program. (Revised: 11/1/01 effective 8/1/02)

I expect Susie's academic eligibility will be determined by the 2 years of college courses rather than the regular criteria for freshmen.
