Fall and winter speed and agility training in the Zanesville area

WANTED!! 2 or 3 girl?s ages 12 to 15 who are willing to train 2 times a week. My goal is to form a group of highly motivated girls who will push themselves and each other to get faster, stronger and quicker each week. I already have a few that trained last winter but I would like to add a couple more to the group. I would prefer no-basketball players who are available on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Training will include agility ladder, cone drills, medicine ball drills, some weight training, hand eye coordination drills, and much more. If it?s nice outside we might even do some fielding and throwing drills also at the end of each session if anyone wants to hit in the batting cage their more than welcome to. Best of all its all Free of charge. I plan on starting Oct 13 both Wendesday and Sunday sessions start at 5:30. A small group will train on Sundays only from now until volleyball is over and your welcome to join it also. If you would like more info you can PM me on here or call or text 740-252-6934.
