I have been to several tournaments in the area that seem to use fastpitch, slowpitch and baseball umps and it wouldn'r suprise me if they also officiated tennis, vollyball and were cliff diving judges on the side also.... ?:-X?.... ;D

? ?We are now getting ready for the Fall Frenzy Tournament this coming weekend.
I just want to remind all coaches that the Tournament Fee is due before the tournament starts. There are a few teams who have not yet paid the fee and we need it asap to help cover the costs to put on this tournament at such a very cheap cost to everyone. Also we will have the Tournament T-shirts all bagged up under the canopy seperated by team. Those fees can be paid when you pick up the team shirts which most teams pre-ordered.

Right now I'm just concerned about the weather holding out! I can deal with the 55-60 degrees, but not the rain. > Hopefully the softball gods shine down upon us and give us at least one more good weekend!

I am keeping a close eye on the forcast. We could always bump it ahead one more weekend if we had to. The forcast for the following weekend is 53 deg. and sunny.
OF COURSE ALL COACHES WOULD HAVE TO AGREE.
I will make the call by Thursday afternoon.

KYLE PARK HAS SOME OF THE BEST DRAINING FIELDS AROUND SO UNLESS A TSUNAMI HITS, EVERYTHING IS STILL A GO.

Well it was not exactly 71 and sunny today but all in all it was not too bad. The Valley Storm did s nice job getting everything ready and I know that they wroked their tails off this morning so all the games could start right on time. Bravo to the folks who got things ready and to Rob for a good first day.

Looks like Sunday is going to be sunny and a bit warmer. Not bad for ths time of year at all. Good luck to al of the teams.
