Ohio Hawks 10u would like to scrimmage several times this fall ... we have a location and would be willing to travel ... Sunday afternoons might work best - date/time all negotiable...

Sweet Les... perhaps we try to put together a 3-4 team 10u friendly... I am working with a local sports complex to finalize an agreement that would give us 4-6 fields going into 2009 to run leagues, tourney's and practices/scrimmages... it is closer to you and would be a great place for a fall friendly...

Anyone else in the SWO area interested in a 10u friendly - in mid-Sept? we will price to cover costs of umpires and field prep... nothing else.

we should contact DOOM, Xplosion, SDS, Southern Ohio Xpress, Miami Valley. I have some of their emails assuming the coaches have stayed put or moved up within the ranks and can put me in contact with the correct people... I have no info for contacts at SDS or Miami Valley. Let us know and we'll see how it goes. Doug-thanks for heading this up.

I am meeting Sunday morning with the field manager. The location is right off of I75 at the Middletown exit. How about if we ran it on a Saturday or Sunday from 1pm on...?

Which works best Sept 20th or 21st? I will promote to the coaches I know. Format? Depends on the number of teams... we could play 3 games, 50 min each or 2 90 min games... what would be your preference?

OFC Heat 10U would be interested but can't do it that weekend. Any chance that you'll do another one at the end of Sept or in Oct.?

I need to get my updated Fall Ball League schedule from Pastime and then will be able to get back with you. We were originally not playing in the league and they found a way to squeeze me in. This may cause timing/availability issues.
