Just a quick thought.
If you’re going to take credit for the win, then you better be able to take responsibility for the loss.
Watching several HS softball games and see an awful lot of “look at me” from both players, and coaches. On the flip side I see a lot of finger pointing after losses.
You win as a team, you lose as a team.
