FREE Softball and Baseball Pitch, Hit Run contest May 19th at Pinnacle/ Medina

Pinnacle Sports, Medina will host a FREE skills competition for boys and girls ages 7-14.​

Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 5:00-8:00pm
(SPONSORED BY MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL AND PRESENTED BY SCOTTS)​

This program is designed to provide young athletes with an opportunity to compete, FREE of charge, in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in core baseball and softball skills.​

4 age divisions: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 & 13/14​

Skills in batting, fielding/throwing and base-running are individually scored. ​

**age is determined as of July 17, 2013.​

The individual skills champions, along with the All-Around Champion in each age and gender group will advance to the Sectionals with a chance to continue to the Team Championships and finally the National Championships.

All participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate and fill out a registration/waiver form prior to competing. You can pick up a registration form at Pinnacle or print one from the MLB website: www.mlb.com/mlb/kids
