Anyone else having an issue getting the website to open? I have been trying for 2 days and it takes FOREVER and times out. If anyone can help me here, I am just looking for a physical address where the 10U will be playing. I thank anyone in advance that can help me with this.

Great news - Lady Lasers Blue 9u has joined GAPSS. That means 1 more 10u spot remains.

Not so great news, we lost PC Sting Blue out of the 14u age group. So, if there are any 14u teams interested in playing in GAPSS, we would love to have you. Send me an email at td@gapss.org

GAPSS is here and we are really looking forward to some great games. Thanks to all of the teams who are participating and a special thanks to the teams who filled in at the last moment when teams dropped out.

We have 36 colleges confirmed from 5 states (OH, PA, WV, MI, KY). The pool schedules and brackets are listed on the website - www.gapss.org and we will be updating results on those schedules/brackets as the tourney progresses throughout the day.

If you would like to follow updates on the GAPSS tourney on twitter go to http://twitter.com/GAPSSTourney, I will be tweeting as I go from location to location.

For all of you Twitter-ers, we will be using #gapss as the designated tournament hashcode. This allows everyone to join in the twitter conversation as it relates to GAPSS. Feel free to report game results, what's going on at the tournament, good things (and bad, but I hope there aren't many of those).

BTW, if my fellow OFCers see me at the tournament, please introduce yourself and say hello. And if there is anything I can do for you to make your tournament experience more enjoyable, let me know I will do my best.

Wish our team was playing GAPSS. We will be in Pickerington, but may stop by just to see some good games and maybe meet some OFCers. Good luck to everyone!

doom 95 gets 2 good wins. 4-3 over classics 18u . c hutchinson with a 3 run dinger. 9-6 over buckeye heat-mcghee . koch with a 2 run dinger.

fences are about 185-190 balls are leaving the yard at a rapid pace. 4 total in 2 games for us.

the red light coming out from home rd to rt 23 turns green about once a day -- I thought it was broke and never gonna change. MD

Buckeye Heat 95 comes without its "A" game (and arguably without its "B" game) and loses both pool games at 14U: to Lady Road Runners 3-2 and to Riptides 4-3. Things better change for bracket play or we will be headed out to Illinois with no positive momentum.

Congrats to Lady Road Runners and to Riptides.
