Pitching and Pitchers Discussion Good Book For 12U Pitcher

Any suggestions for good books out there dealing with the mental aspect of pitching? I'm looking for a book that a 12U pitcher can read and learn something from it.

My DD and I enjoyed this book. She is 13U, but read it when she was 12U. This guys also answers your e-mails if you have any questions about pitching. Very good guy.

I'll second Cheri Kempf "The Softball Pitching Edge" and thre is also a video that goes with the book that is not bad.

...no substitute for a good isntructor though!

But your question was

That book is pretty dry for a 12U player, good for a parent or coach though.

Cheri Kempf book is GREAT! ?It is written in a form that is more adult oriented, but I have read the book and highlighted the parts I wanted my 11 year old DD to read. ?There are alot of great tips. ?We sit as a family and go over parts of the book we find encouraging and enlightning. ?
