[MC Hammers]

The Hammers, out of the Dayton area, are holding tryouts this Friday, August 8th at Northmont High School (4916 West National Road, Clayton, Ohio) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, and Saturday, August 9th, from 2:00 to 4:00 also at Northmont HS.
The Hammers have been around for about 10 years and are a competitive team looking to add high quality players and families.
They are coached by former D1 pitcher Bre Fisher (Butler University) and current Wright State players Kate and Libby Pfeffer. Kate works with catchers and outfielders, while Libby works with the infielders. This is an excellent coaching staff and an excellent opportunity to play under coaches that know what it takes to play at the next level.

Pitching is always needed, but they would not turn down a good athlete with a good attitude and work ethic. These coaches will get them better. Being versatile as a player is important, so they are looking for a good athlete as much as anything.

The goal is to get in Lasers, Gapss, Wolfpack, ASA state, and two other tournaments. Stingrays would be great if they'd let us in. The goal is to play in 6 tournaments in June and July.
