Has anyone heard of any new NCAA New Rules for 2016?

Any new rules that will introduced in the 2016 season for college? If not, Please keep us informed when you do hear something. Also,what would like to see changed or introduced for rules.

Thanks for sharing. I think the most interesting piece now is a slapper being hit. Before, the ball needed to reach home plate in order to be hit, but if it's a slapper; it's the front of the box since the slapper doesn't allow it to get that deep.

That's tough especially if a pitcher has the ability to slow down the ball a little bit to allow earlier break.

Show me an umpire (and, by the way, I'm an umpire) who can determine if the slapper was at the front edge of the box when she got hit - while also watching to see if her front foot hasn't touched the ground out of the box if/when she hit the ball - while also calling a ball/strike.
