Help needed for Johnnies stat program

Please help me. I did all the stats for two weekends ago last week. It worked great-figured it all out and loved it. I went in tonight to do put in last weeks stats and it wouldn't let me save it. I didn't change the name of the file or anything. Kept everything the same except for the players names. Do I have to enabled or disable macros to save it? It's almost like you can only save once?

I have tried everything and am at a loss. Pleae help.

Try renaming it and saving the new file. Are you saving it as a Macro-Enabled Workbook? Are you running it in compatibility mode in Excel 2010? I'm pretty sure you don't have any virus or worm concerns with this file so enabling macros should be risk-free.

Just make sure you have a copy of the original saved as a back up (save the one you did two weeks ago and use another copy to play around with).

Did you open the file as a "read only". If so, open the file and try "File -Save as"and give it another similar name. Let me know if that works.
