Ok, we all know how popular and how well the RT and the CF3's of the world preform, but what about some mid priced bats? I have a friend who just cant put out the $250-300 for a top level bat. What are some very well priced mid range bats that others have had good results with. I will throw a few out there that I have researched and come up with and if anyone has some feedback let us know:

1. Easton SV12 $(150)
2. Various catalyst (range from$120- too high)
3. Worth AMP 2 piece (under $100)
4. Easton Connections (varies but mid level)
5. 2009 Worth Quad Lithium (under $150)
6. Worth Mayhem (under$150)
Any other suggestions would be good

I feel very strongly that if you have the mechanics of a good swing as to hand path, slow to load soft to step on a flexed front knee allowing the hips to move linear and keep the hands inside the path of the ball with your head down and not up looking for where the ball is going you can hit it 200 plus feet with a WalMart bat.

I think too much is made of technology verses swing mechanics in my opinion...and I have seen some ugly swings with high tech bats that never leave the park consistently if at all...however everyone gets lucky and thinks it is the bat verses who is swinging it!

I have heard it stated even the Sun will shine on a dogs butt if it is in the right position....it could happen!
