I am working with the boosters program for a high school in North Columbus. We are soliciting proposals for a person or organization to improve the overall hitting results of the high school team - including both the varsity and JV programs, which could number about 30 girls.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for improving the hitting results for the school, I would like to send you a requirement document for the program. Please be aware of the following elements:
We are located in North Columbus, and programs that do not require travel are preferred.
If you do not have facilities in North Columbus, that does not exclude you, but you need to state that, and allow us to factor in the costs of helping you find facilities.
We are looking for a program that would have an initial "education" session(s), and follow-up reinforcement sessions
Ideally, parents and coaches on the team can be trained to effectively
deliver the reinforcement modules
The program MUST INCLUDE video reinforcement components. The program is willing to commit to buy and use a specific system based on recommendations.
The followup programs - must be priced individually - and made available to all players and in North Columbus.

We would begin implementing this program in the late fall.
