At the younger ages, it is a disservice to the players to not move them around and give them the opportunity to see where they are best suited to play. You never know what they can do if you don't give them a chance.
As they get to the older ages 16u and up, they shouldn't be moved around as much to allow for a little continuity....the girls have to know they can depend on each other to get the job done.
