How to beat the Heat!

Here is how I beat the heat.

I park my truck as close to the field as I can. I turn on the air conditioner. I inform my girls that 1 beep of the horn is bunt, 2 is hit and run.... etc. I then open a can of diet coke and coach away...

Sicne they won't drink the Pediolyte try cutting their favorite engery drink 50/50 with water - it gives them some the lytes and carbs they need with less of the sugar (too much bad carbs)- most of those drinks are so sweet that they girls begin to like them mroe once they start diluting with water

if you have a cooler full of ice have the girls take a piece out and hold it against thier wrists, neck, and face... it's quite refreshing! Also, get squirt bottles filled with cold water and spray anywhere you need it!
