Howard Kobata will be in Cincinnati 18-20 September 2015 for 3 defensive skills clinics. Each clinic will be 2 sessions consisting of approximately 5 hrs of instruction. There are 9 openings available for 12U and 14U players. I do have one clinic that may be filled by a team (12 players min, 16 max) any age, or individually. Registration and Payment Information:
Payment may be made online at time of registration or by check made payable to "Cincy Slammers Fastpitch" and mailed to Andy Dyer. If paying by check write players name and "Kobata Clinic" on check.
Registration may be accomplished 3 ways:
1. Online at www.cincyslammers.com under the ?Camps and Training? tab
2. To submit payment click on the Camp Fee Button.
3. Complete the attached registration form and email to Andy @ cadyer76@gmail.com
4. You may also mail the registration and payment to Andy Dyer 2327 State Route 125 Hamersville, Ohio 45130.
* Signed liability waiver is required at sign-in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
** No refunds will be considered for any reason with exception to injury/illness of registered player. All injury/illness refund requests will be reviewed by the Cincy Slammers Board of officers.
