The Hurricanes 03 team finished 17th out of 63 teams at the 2015 USSSA world series in Ocean City Maryland.
In Pool play we went 2-1 the only loss coming to Pitt Passion 4-3 with a serious injury, which would have ended the game.
We went to the losers bracket losing to NJ Bandits 03 8-7. Winning the next two games in bracket we lost a hard fought game to the tournament runners up NJ Outlaws 02 7-5. This was the closest game on Saturday this NJ team played.
For our young group all of our season losses were by one run (except the DOOM 02 who beat us 7-2 in the Cinderella) to 02 teams. As a true 11U team we are looking forward to our last weekend in the end of season Valley extreme and into 2016!
