I wish you would name the college because you may save some others anguish.
If your dd is looking at colleges, please read. I wish someone had told me.

Sorry, but I'm not willing to endanger my daughter by doing that. She is still a student at that university and wants to academically succeed there. Look for the signs and avoid those colleges. By doing that you'll be miles ahead of where we were.

Too bad there couldn't be some sort of anonymous posting or lists. Realizing of course some people impression could be different than others it's at least a start. Shame to spend all those years chasing a dream to end up in that situation.

Posting the colleges and the coaches, although attractive, would not serve any propose. Something that would upset me might be a strength and a positive to you. You must do your own investigation and make the right decision with your daughter about the school. Let this thread be a warning and a motivation to dig deeper. In all of this, remember that the education comes first and foremost.
